Chef Ross Welcomes You

Chef Graham’s passion for cooking was developed at early age growing up on his family farm in Cape Breton’s beautiful Margaree Valley. Having an abundance of fresh produce, meat and eggs inspired his creativity in food. A natural succession for him was to attend and graduate from The Culinary Institute of Prince Edward Island. Graham’s apprenticeship was under multiple Olympic Gold Medalist and Canada Grand Master Chef David Emmanuel in Edmonton Alberta. After a long stretch in Western Canada kitchens, his love of the maritime lifestyle and strong family roots settled him in the Pasta Kitchen at Café Chianti as Executive Chef.

While not at his pasta table, Graham enjoys spending time with his wife, Kimberly, and son, Brennan, back on the farm exploring nature while hunting and salmon fishing Nova Scotia’s famous Margaree River.
